KEITH S. MILLER, CPA, CA
Keith Miller is a Managing Director at HLW Fund Services where he provides fund administration, accounting and reporting services for a variety of investment funds.
In addition to his role at HLW Fund Services, Keith is also an audit partner in the hedge fund practice at HLW. Keith has been with HLW for 8 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of accounting and auditing for hedge funds and other alternative investment entities covering all types of fund structures, asset classes and technical accounting issues. Outside of the securities industry, Keith has experience in other areas of accounting and auditing, such as professional partnerships, retailing, manufacturing, real estate and non-profit clients.
Prior to joining HLW, Keith worked for five years at one of the largest accounting firms in the United Kingdom. Keith has also worked in the risk assurance and internal audit department for one of the largest hedge fund investment managers and financial futures brokers in the United Kingdom. Keith is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Keith is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England.
